Started reading Iterations by Robert J. Sawyer, a short story collection. He's the guy who wrote the book version for FlashForward but sadly it was not at my library at the time. However, the book is incredibly intriguing.

I've a few of his, and they are rather good. He seems very Canadian to me, more than some other Canadian authors, and I'm fond of his writing for it I guess, and because he seems so true.
I'm reading A Brief History of the Knights Templar, by Helen Nicholson. It looks to be very scholarly (List of Plates, Figures and Abbreviations before, Notes, Further Reading and Index after. Where's all the Appendices??? Tolkien had Appendices!!!) but I suppose that's what drew me to it in the end. Cheesy

I started that picture of Dorian Grey. The guy that corrupts him really gets on my nerves. If I were Dorian I would have told him straight from the start "You're so full of ****, aren't you?" and never bothered with him again. :p

I am currently reading "Wizard's First Rule" by Terry Goodkind. It's the first book in the "Sword of Truth" series and I am loving it so far. And, the SoT series is also the book series that the TV show "Legend of the Seeker" is based on! Cheesy LOVE IT! <3

The further along that series past the first 3 or 4 books infuriated me to be honest... it's like the author's doing everything he can to bust the romance up

I most recently read 'Out' by Natsuo Kirino. It was quite a good book actually, in my opinion. Her other books look interesting also, so I may have to read them some day. >.>

I'm reading The Inferno by Dante Alighieri. It's for summer work for school, but so far I'm on the seventh circle of hell.

It's for an AP English 4 class (yay senior year) and a private catholic school called Bishop Gorman. :3 I love the place.

That's awesome! And a little odd too... the book I just finished, Fall takes place in a private school as well, and they have chapel, but I don't know if it was Catholic or not. I kind of assumed it was, but I could be wrong.

Re-reading Tamora Pierce's Protector of the Small series.

Sometimes, it's just fun to read about a chick with a glaive. xD

I dunno I still like the Lioness better since without her the chick in protector never could have gotten in or even THOUGHT about getting in even if she had to do the cliched swapping places with her twin brother who was bookish
